These are great - follow the instructions and making pizza dough is straightforward. Always impressive results in under two hours - I find it helpful to warm dough in oven set at 30 degrees on cold days.

Good and quick

Not much you can say about instant dried yeast, but as Caputo make the best flour for pizza making, their yeast was an obvious choice.It works well and provides a good rise, with no lingering smell or taste. It lasts a good few months after being opened too, so no rush to use it all at once.
