Neve been able to use, we’ve been in an RV park for the last 4 months with free WiFi and still can’t get it to do anything. We’re also in a town full of free hot spots & WiFi. The last time we called for support, the guy said “I only sell them” then you get an email for PDQ and hope for a response. Totally useless. They only get 1 star because you can’t give 0
