Worth the price
I balked at the price of these, but I shouldn’t have. Unlike glacé cherries that are mainly sugar, these are so full of flavour, sweet, sharp and rich in their syrup, they actually impart more than just colour to your cocktail. I won’t use anything else in my drinks anymore. Nothing else can hold a candle to these.

Oh my goodness it's Amazing. 😍😍
I brought these cherries to make a very extravagant lockdown birthday cake for my wonderful husband and he said "best birthday cake he has had" I made a Black forest Gateaux cake which went down a treat with all the family including my mother-in-law, which is brownie points for me 🙏. Although a bit on the pricy side, it was definitely worth it for the results. They taste devine by themselves and I can imagine it will compliment any cocktail. The sauce is nice consistency and added moisture to my cake as intended. I have been told by my husband that, I need to buy them again!! So I definitely will, and you forget about the price, once you have basked in the glory of a truly beautiful cake or cocktail 🍸😉

Warning: this will ruin other cherries for you
A cherry in certain cocktails, especially something like a Manhattan, is not so much a garnish as an essential ingredient. For a truly top shelf cocktail, you need top shelf cherries. These are amazing, decadent, luxuious cherries. They will ruin all other cherries for you.Stupidly expensive? You bet. Buy some nice bourbon to go with it and indulge.

Not as good as Luxardo
I bought these having run out of Luxardo. There are some very positive reviews of these.TLDR is they taste sweeter and more synthetic than Luxardo. They are also smaller and softer so don't have the crunch that Luxardos have. They work well in cocktails but just don't have the wow factor Luxardo cherries have.Worth getting if you can't get Luxardo, but I know what I will be buying next time.

Italy in a jar
When my jar of Hotel Starlino Maraschino cherries arrived I was delighted.in the depths of winter this stylish and pretty jar with its scrumptious contents of juicy purple berries was heaven.i immediately set to and made myself a Christmas snowball cocktail. The cherries on a cocktail stick looked so inviting and a lovely treat after the snowball was gone.Italy on a warm summers day in a jar.

Expensive but...
Beautifully presented, would make adorable present for a cocktail living friend. The cherries are a lovely taste, and you get a dinky China spoon to get them out of the jar with.

Far better than Luxardo
So you've heard of Luxardo that everyone bangs on about? Well compared to these they don't come close.Hotel Starlino is pretty new to the whole cherry liqueur and cherry soaking game but the cherries and syrup is better. I don't know if it's the sweetness or the fact that they are slightly firmer than Luxardos but they're so much nicer in a cocktail compared to the Luxardo original.Added to a negroni or similar with a dash of the syrup is a taste sensation.

Delicious and good quality
Got these to use in a Christmas dessert. Proves to be very tasty and the sauce is positively addictive. Not a cheap product but a very tasty one.
