I have them installed in on both my cars and they survived the winter nicely. I Have never had one stick on me, but I did lose one. I'm not sure if was human error (not tightening it properly) or if was defective. Since it was only one, I'll assume human error.

Good quality, looks great, fraction of the price compared to the dealer. Would recommend for anyone looking to replace the plastic covers that come with your tires.

These are very nice chrome valve stem caps. I brought them to replace the standard plastic caps come on most vehicles. Since I have chrome wheels on by GMC terrain I thought these chrome caps would compliment the wheels. I haven't used the caps yet as I ended up putting nitrogen in my tires and the dealership put the nitrogen caps on the valve stems to identify that. I will keep these chrome valve stem caps as spares in the event I lose the nitrogen labeled caps. I would recommend these brass caps for anyone who wants to dress-up their chrome wheels.

These things look good and are inexpensive, but eventually corrode. I had to have a valve replaced on a tire today after it broke when trying to remove the corroded cap. It has been five years, but one should expect a valve cover to last the life of the car if you don't lose it. The other three valve covers were partially stuck, but I was luckily able to remove them without damaging the valves.

I thought I made a great purchase when I put these caps on my air valves! They fit perfectly and they looked really great. Only problem is, I didn't know the little chrome caps would erode onto my air valves and rust onto them. Creating an impossible struggle of trying to take them off when my air pressure was low. The whole time I thought I had a super strong grip that led to the caps being too difficult to remove. After weeks of procrastination and a blow to my self esteem, I finally went to Firestone to get them removed and turned out that they completed melted onto my tire valve and I had to replace two air valve sensors. THIS WAS NOT WORTH THE PRICE OF $200 to replace my air valves just for the chrome look.

High quality valve cap - I was a little put off by the image which showed heavly machining lines, but the actual product is excellent and smooth.They even have little gaskets inside the cap to ensure a good seal. I genuinely don't know how they can manufacture these, ship them out and still turn a profit at this price.By way of comparison, these are every bit as good as the standard valve caps I have on my Mercedes!

They seem like decent stem caps, better then the ones that come with new tires. However I write this review with two new band aids on my fingers. One on my thumb and one on my index finger. The chrome surface was peeling off and I didn't know it. So as I went around my car replacing the standard caps with these new ones I had cut into my fingers causing me to bleed.So while these are ok chrome plated stem caps I would not recommend them to others or buy them again.

I love these Things, and for a perhaps unusual reason... I am a modest man on a fixed income and so i can't garage my car. So, every once and a while one of the many children that live in my apartment complex, decides that he ... larceny does not come so naturally to females... I believe... steals all of my Stem Caps. What could he possibly use them for? it seems like Kleptomania...But these Sturdy Metal Caps are made to be tightened by a 3/8 inch wrench. Ah! There is the Fix! you see, the little boy is unscrewing them with his fingers. Little Boys do not have Tool Boxes... Thank the God Lord. So I just have a 3/8ths inch wrench in the glove compartment to torque these wonderful little Stem Caps to slightly MORE than finger tight. the little boys TRY to steal them, but, since they are not Little Super Men, well, the stems just slide through their fingers, impervious to ill intentions, kleptomania, and the evil behaviors of almost every little boy.
