This is a great value for a B vitamin combo, and I've noticed a great deal of energy increase when adding this to my usual vitamin regimen. They are easy to swallow capsules, and while you can still smell a little bit of that sour B vitamin smell, it's much better contained in these capsules. Good stuff!

Since I was a child I have always had blood work that tested to be anemic. I like to take a good B-Complex in my routine most days of the week. I switch them up at times so that I'm not always getting the same brand to cover all my bases. It doesn't have any taste or odor. Its easy to take with my other vitamins. It has a wide range of B-Vitamins in one pill. If you look at other brands, sometimes you don't get as many. It is a newer brand that I have tried, but I feel like I would buy it again.

Great product for those of us whose nervous system needs more than the average B complex pill. Love that it is made in USA. Good price as well!

The only thing that I'm disappointed is: on the bottle it says, go to this website for your free bottle. I went to the website and it sent me to something totally different than what I was looking for, nowhere in there did it have a selection for a free bottle. Another then that, it's a damn good vitamin 👍

I’ve had Crohn’s disease for years and it’s been difficult to absorb the nutrients I need so I’ve been taking supplements. Even with the supplements, most of the time my body secretes it right away. Since I’ve started taking this Vitamin B complex, my metabolism and mood have improved. So far so good, but hopefully my body doesn’t get immune to it and not work.

B vitamins have made such a difference in my energy levels! I love them!? They don’t have a potent taste, they are easy to swallow, and they help!!!!
