First let me say, l’ve only had the television 10 days, so please bare that in mind. So far the television is great. The picture quality is second to none and the volume was ok. I had some outdoor Bluetooth speakers, I hooked them up to the television and now it sounds amazing as well. The television weighs about little over 60 lbs, so just be aware of this will figuring out where you are going to place this monster. Well worth the funds I spent on this television to be able to watch it outside. Again, it’s been only 10 days, I’ll probably drop another line in a year or so.

This seller did a great job with the logistics of the delivery of a large expensive item. They used white glove delivery service who confirmed the condition of the product upon delivery. I ordered the same product from another seller who used the cheapest delivery which arrived damaged. This was an excellent product sold by an excellent seller.

I am thrilled with this purchase. The total cost from an authorized dealer was $1,932. The closest price I’ve seen was $2,500, not including tax and shipping. I received it in a few days after ordering. Perfect condition. And, just in time to watch March Madness!! The picture is outstanding. I previously had a SunBright which wasn’t as good. My only issue is that it arrived a day early and I wasn’t home. It was left on my front porch. Lucky for me there was a UPS driver delivering something next door. I asked if he could help - and he did!! Refused to take any $$ from me.

I ordered this product and the communication on delivery was confusing. It logged on my Amazon app as delivered, yet all I received was a hdmi cable and a promise of white glove delivery. I opened a case with the selller and after a week or so the tv was delivered. I love the tv. Had it mounted and now the Ethernet port is defective but the wireless works. So I attempt to contact seller and no response and I contact Samsung and got drop a couple of times. I did appreciate the price difference, however given no personal contact on a serious issue and related expense to get it mounted and connected to my network with unclear warranty support, I think I would recommend buying from big box retailer and having ability for both install and warranty on spot. Coffee pods not working, no problem Amazon. Multi thousand dollar tv and professional install and product part is defective, no thank you. It would make sense to have different support for those two purchases. Suspect I will have to pay for removal, shipping and reinstall. This expensive of a purchase, someone amazon, seller or manufacturer should make sure the product works and be available for support. And yes the network cable was tested on another tv inside house. So what is next to go on this tv. I do not recommend the seller or Amazon despite high ratings given the poor product support.

I did a lot of research, and went back and forth on this model and a larger one, but landed on this. It has been out in the elements over a harsh winter and still works great. The only thing I did was put a piece of plywood behind it to block heavy snow. We got the soundbar with it which makes for nice relaxing spring, summer and fall evenings out under our pavilion. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought the TV 8 months ago, but it sat in my garage while my porch was being built. I finally installed it last week, only to discover that the screen was broken. There was no visible damage, but the image appeared with a huge crack. I was worried because I was far outside of the Amazon warranty. Fortunately, they sent a new TV right away. I had it in two days. When I turned on the new one, I was blown away. The picture is beautiful. I really like the sleek remote and the ease of navigation. I’ve only had it up for one day, but so far I’m very happy.

This is the perfect outdoor TV. One note of caution normally a 55inch TV is under 75LBS, due to the weather proofing this TV weights 110lbs. I have this TV mounted outside on a Pergola, we can see the TV across the pool. Great sound, great pic, the Terrace is a great outdoor TV!

I truly wish the anti-glare was way better than it is, however, we can now at least see a picture during the day on the 2 windowed wall 4 season porch.
