These highlighter pencils are far more beautiful than I imagined! They are thick and sturdy, quality pencils. I absolutely love the raw wood, eco-friendly design. I have been using these on my planner and notes for the past two weeks and the color on each pencil is perfect. I have not had any of the tips annoyingly break on me either! Never buying a cheap, plastic highlighter again. Will definitely be purchasing again! I love that it comes with a sharpener too!

I love these highlighters for multiple reasons, they work great, you don't have to press very hard, as I have had to with other highlighters, causing them to my page. You can use them on multiple different kinds of books, thicker and thin paper. I love that there are Eco friendly, they came with their own pencil sharpener so I can always keep them sharp and ready they last for ever. And I like the fun colors. These are my go to dry highlighters I definitely recommend.

Seriously, these are the best highlighters ever. Several colors, and they come with a sharpener made to fit them (bonus hole for your standard sized pencils too) and best feature of all - they erase with a regular pencil eraser. I use them for maps, so it's great that I can erase when I've marked a road past where I turned. Excellant in books too, of course, and they never leak through pages or pockets because they are dry to start with - no damages, no dried out highlighter when you need it most.

Third time purchasing these highlighters. Convenient, not messy, do not smear and work well on thin paper. No bleeding through to the orher side. I purchase the set with a sharpener. I highly recommend these.

These may be a little pricey but I believe that they are worth it! I was surprised with the size and quality of the highlighters. They get the job done but without worrying about bleeding through or running dry. I guess the only downside would be needing to sharpen but that isn’t really an issue at all since these came with a sharpener already!

Pros:-Eco-friendly, plastic free, highlighters are made from "natural basswood" and are biodegradable-Plastic free sharpener included-Bag is NOT plastic, but is a "100% biodegradable cello bag made from wood pulp." It is composable.-These highlighters do not bleed through pages as ink highlighters would-They are easy to grip. The tips are thick and do not break easily-Do not smear on printed text or handwritten text-They do not dry out and will last much longer (Forever!) than plastic ink highlighters-Great variety of 6 neon colors (purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and pink)Cons:-Work well on regular matte or newsprint paper, but NOT on glossy or coated paper.-May need to highlight the word/sentence 2-3 times in order for the color to stand out boldly-This is picky, but something to consider. Some people are lazy and don't want to take the time or deal with the mess that comes with hand sharpening pencils/highlighters.Love these highlighters and would highly recommend them!

I came upon these highlighters whilst looking to replace my blue Staedler highlighter pencil that was wearing down while I was halfway through a scripture highlighting project. Originally not seeking to find something earth friendly, which is a huge bonus.The order came with 6 colors, a dual sized sharpener and a bonus black wood rainbow hued pencil, which I love. Although the pencils are larger than normal size, they still feel very nice in hand and the color lasts much longer between sharpening the point. The color is more intense than my Staedler, and I had to learn to not press so hard on thin Bible pages; another plus as the color lasts longer because of the lighter touch.These pencils work on the most thin of pages on up, with great color, and a pleasure to use. I am an accountant, and I mark up a lot of documents. I really dislike the regular marker type highlighters, and decided to find some pencils. These are pricey, but since they are really thick and firm leaded, I figure they will last for years. They are a little smeary on toner, and the dark colors are DARK, so don't expect to see type through them. The little pencil sharpener will fit two sizes of pencils, so that's nice. The lead is hard, so you don't have to sharpen often. Eta:. They don't fit into the largest setting on my crank pencil sharpener, so the little one it comes with is essential!
