How many ounces do these cups hold?

They hold approx. 1/2 Tablespoons (or 1/4 oz.) without having spillage. We use for communion & it's just the right amount.

What is the diameter of a typical communion tray hole? Or what is the bottom diameter of these cups? My tray holes are roughly 3/4”. Will these fit?

While I have not actually measured either, I believe these cups will fit into your tray holes. I was surprised by how small they are. They truly only hold about a tablespoon of juice. I hope this helps.
