Excellent replacement part
Unfortunately my Dyson fan remote disappeared and I fear it may have accidentally fallen off my nightstand into the trash can nearby. I was very sad because I LOVE my fan near my bed. This works magically well and required NO FIDGETING AT ALL! I’m impressed because that rarely happens with anything.

Accurately controls my Dyson fan
I picked up a refurbished Dyson fan, and the remote was dead. While Dyson promised to send a replacement but never did, I finally got tired of not having a remote and ordered this one. Works fine!

IT WORKS!
Dyson was the opposite of helpful on the phone when I didn't see a replacement remote for our colling & heating fan as it is discontinued. They finally told me I could buy one on the phone for an insane amount of money, after I verified my birthday, last four of my SS# and more! Well, turned to Amazon again and found this remote which works perfectly.

It works as intended
Remote works as intended. Material is made of cheap plastic and it doesn't have the magnet inside to attach it on the top of the Dyson fan like the original remote, but it works nonetheless. No setup or programming required.

It arrived one day earlier ! There is no number under the Dyson fan. Just an oscillating fan. So surprised! this black remote works for me until the a/c is repaired. It takes about 30 seconds or so for the remote to find the fan. No need for a battery or anything. Remove the wrapping and the tab. Nothing magnetic to stick on the fan, not the original nor this one. I will most probably find the white original now. Thank you!

Remote works as well as the original one.
It took awhile to get my order, but it arrived near the date that I was given as anticipated delivery date. It is easy to operate and I appreciate the bright easy to see markings on the buttons (to operate the heater or cool air fan).
