This is an excellent sturdy product. Chair assembly with the Allen wrench supplied would be almost impossible and incredibly frustrating. I used a powered screw driver with various length adaptors to work around the wicker and seat support straps. I also used a universal joint adaptor so the hex bit went straight in so as to not strip the heads. A magnetic adaptor made it easier to get the screws in past the wicker. I also learned on the first chair to not tighten the screws as you go but to leave them loose until you attach the last screws on the back to the chair frame. It was impossible to get those last 2 screws to line up if previous frame screws were tightened. Then work backward tightening the screws. The table was straight forward and easy to assemble. It took about 2 hours to assemble the 6 chairs and about 1 hour for the table.

DO NOT BUY!! I SO wish I would’ve listened to the other reviews about how awful this set was to assemble. Complete pain in the ass!Cons: instructions are pretty nonexistent. We had to take the table apart after putting the legs on bc they were angled incorrectly...which is NOT guided in the directions. Holes don’t match easily either.The chairs are a joke. The predrilled holes are covered by the seating material, so had to cut it to find the hole.The product was sent without all the bolts necessary. When the company finally sent more, they sent the screws for the table, even though we specifically asked for the chair bolts. For the price, not worth it at all!! Wish we could return it.Pro: looks pretty. That is it. There are plenty of other nice patio sets. Please don’t make the same mistake I made....DO NOT BUY unless you feel like ruining your days.

This is a gorgeous table and table set! It’s stylish and affordable, but honestly feels like it will last us years to come.The assembly.... is another story. The chairs took us several hours over a couple of days (Had to walk away in frustration). The holes and screws aren’t lined up. We had a nail piercing one of the holes. The Allen key will sometimes only go a 1/4 turn at a time. Which ... when you have a lot of tiny screws to put in. You get the picture. If the hardware had been painted black and on the outside, everyone would have been calmer.My advice - Make sure you’re in a calm headspace to take on the chairs.The table was easy to put together!

The table and chairs are lovely, sturdy and exactly what we wanted. However, the chairs were extremely difficult to assemble, until I came up with this strategy. I cut off the short end of the Allen wrench, then inserted the long end into a screw gun. Made the job sooo much easier. First chair took a painful hour and a half; the next 5 were finished in an hour.

Like... very nice set once assembled. Dislike... having to use the tiny wrench that came with it to assemble the 6 chairs, that took a while. We are pleased with the set, we use it on our covered lanai. I recommend, but it will take some patience with the chair but the table went together quickly.

Looks nice but cheap quality. The assembly of the chairs was extremely difficult. They painted it after the holes had been drilled and half the screws didn’t fit. We had to get a tool to fix them. The wicker that wraps the chairs was blocking the holes the majority of the time so I had to bend them to get to where the screws go. Their is one screw I could not get in without damaging the chair. The table wood is very cheap and it cracked as I put some of the screws in.

Make sure you use teak oil to keep the wood looking as good as when you first get it.

I should have listened to the other reviews. This set is crap. Waste of money. Impossible to put together. All threads are stripped because the paint them after tapping them. Chinese crap. Set came damaged as you can see in the pictures. Completely dissatisfied.

after hearing the horrible reviews about the assembling of the chairs I still proceed with buying this item because I can handle any assembly as long as the final product is good, so my experience was assembling the chairs was not as hard as other people said because I have the power tool otherwise it will take a long time to use the provided tool. It took me and my 13 years old daughter 1 hour to assemble the chairs and 15 minutes for the table. the final result is good although like other people said the finishing of the wood is not polished enough but the price is good for me.
