Surprisingly Great Quality — Soft, True to Size, and an Amazing Value I took a chance on these Amazon Essentials V-neck tees because the two‑pack price was so good, and I really liked the neckline. I wasn’t sure what to expect since I had never tried anything from Amazon Essentials before — but I ended up absolutely loving these shirts. The fit is truly true to size, which is rare these days. They’re soft, comfortable, and the colors are clean and pretty without looking cheap. The real test for me was washing them, and they passed with flying colors — no pilling, no stretching out, no losing their shape. They came out of the wash looking just as good as when I first opened the package. I loved them so much that I immediately bought more for my auntie and my sister. When you find basics that fit well, feel good, and hold up in the wash — especially at this price point — you stick with them. These tees are a great everyday staple and an even better value.

Great value for the price. Soft and has stretch to it. Very lightweight and perfect for Texas. Next time I will size up. The fit is true to size I’d say but very fitted. I’m 70 and these are great for layering. I’m small busted and it fits me snuggly around my chest.

I purchased a pack of white tee shirts in medium back in spring of 2026. I loved them. They were soft, fit well and were long enough that I didn’t feel like my stomach popped out. In the summer I bought another pack of two in size medium and was very disappointed. They were tighter and at least two inches shorter. I decided to chance it again and bought a pack of medium in gray and white 2 pack. They were perfect and back to the soft, long style that fits more comfortably. I don’t know if the other combinations of colors or sizes are still off with sizing but just wanted to report the medium gray and white are great again!

Excellent fit and very comfortable fabric. Why not 5 starts? Because there are 5 huge (scratchy) labels sewn into the lower side seam - even if you can tolerate wearing labels against your skin, these are so bulky that they are visible from the outside, rendering it necessary to cut them off, which risks damaging the seam (and completely unnecessary: the size details are already screen-printed, so screen-printing the other details instead of using labels would be trivial).

So soft! Perfect fit. Love these! I would like more. The quality is great. They washed up well, but I didn't put them in the dryer. I recommend you purchase from this vendor.

Inconsistent sizing! I bought a size L about 6 months ago. Fits great, looks great, loved em. I just bought the same size (L) and both brand-new shirts were a good 2 1/2 inches shorter than my older ones. A no-go for someone with a long torso. I gave them to my daughter to grow into, and might give Amazon one more shot, but buyer beware & prepare to return.

Love these shirts’ softness and fit. I am in between an extra small and small so I opted for the small size. I can see how some buyers feel that these run small. My wish is for more colors and the option to buy a single shirt rather than a pack of two.

I bought the oatmeal/heather, light pink shirts, size medium. I weigh 117 pounds, 5'2". In most shirts I wear a size small, but if they are fitted I size up. I am small on top, curvy on bottom. I bought the shirts to wear under sleeveless dresses and tops. I have already washed them twice; they hold up well, and I hung them up when they were still slightly damp. They are nicely made shirts; material is nice and also soft. They are not too long, which is difficult to find. I am very happy with my purchase.

Well made and comfortable. A decent fit, good length and the fabric is lovely and soft. A nice neckline and to top it all got them for a bargain price on a deal. Wash well too. Definitely worth purchasing.

Comes with light purple shirt & black tshirt, pack of 2. Great price! Soft and good quality, I’m using my shirt for my Mary Jane cosplay for Spider-Man party. It’s perfect fit and long and not too short, it does show my fat but I am a bit overweight right now. I got a size Large, would order again, really happy with it. It’s as described. I am 170cm tall (5 ft 7) and currently 82 kilos, I think it would fit a bit taller and would also fit less kg. But it is perfect for large for me, it’s not too loose and not too tight.

I got the light blue, white, lavender, black, light grey, and dark grey colours. Very good quality and soft shirts, they are very flattering and fit me well (for some added info if it helps anyone, I got a small, my waist is 26" and bust is 30"). The shirts are fitted enough that they are flattering but aren't uncomfortably tight. They're also stretchy so they have some give to them. They go in the wash on cold and in the dryer on low just fine (I think the tag says they don't go in the dryer but in my experience it's fine, they didn't shrink at all). Stains wash out very well. My only complaint would be that the white one is 100% see-through, no matter which bundle it's in. This isn't a problem if you want an undershirt, but most people are expecting an opaque shirt you can wear on its own, so be warned. The light coloured shirts (lavender, blue, and the light Grey one) are all 100% opaque, so this is really only an issue with the white shirt specifically.
