I actually bought this knife as a gift for a friend who used it at my house and commented on what a wonderful job it did peeling vegetables. This is truly one of the easiest knives to use, especially if you have small hands. I find it far easier to peel potatoes with this knife than I do an actual potato peeler. I hate most typical pairing knives because they are too long and there is no curve in the blade. This knife solves those two problems. It also happens to be very sharp. They last for years. I have tried other brands, but I keep coming back to this one because it is simply the best.

We bought a Henkel paring knife years ago and it’s still in use and sharp, So happy to come across these. Definitely would recommend them.
