Ordered late January 2023 and have used it religiously for three months. My face is getting more red, and now at night red blotchy spotting has started. There is no return policy, and the appears to be the only place to write a real review because Karam MD owns all the sites. I will try the BBB next. Try something else.

I wasn't immediately blown away by this serum, but I have high hopes because of it's claims. The first thing I noticed was that it's kind of watery, and will drip through my fingers trying to get it to my face. It absorbs quickly, but leaves an almost tacky feeling for a few minutes before it dries. I have sensitive skin, and it didn't cause any irritation to my face, but I had to immediately moisturize after using this product because it left me feeling dry and tight. I'm not sure about the long term benefits of this serum, but my skin does look brighter and firmer after use. I'll have to keep using it to find out if my fine lines diminish or not, but on a day to day basis I'm satisfied. I just have to find a better way to apply it, it drips very easily! It seems like a simple serum, but the Trifecta Anti Aging serum it is very potent and effective. I decided to purchase this as I was intrigued by the Watermelon Extract in this. I researched a bit about it before purchasing this and I read the Watermelon extract is supposedly a a great antioxidant rich in Vitamin C and amino acids that helps fight free radicals. This serum also contains Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5 which penetrates the skin deeply to stimulate collagen production. This serum absorbs easily and doesn't leave a sticky feeling. It layers nicely with any moisturizer and does not pill under makeup. It does have a smell, but I don't find it to be off putting. Overall I like this serum and would recommend it to others. I purchased this on a promotional price in exchange for my honest feedback and review of the product.

Works well, so far so good. the 3 active ingredients; Anti-Aging x5 with Peptides that stimulate collagen, Watermelon extract for DNA protection with healthy, rosy skin, and incredible hydration using Hyaluronic Acid was the selling point when I read about it and I can honestly say my face is glowing. I will keep you updated in a few months, with photos.
