I love it, simply put working out with the training mask is a different experience all together. I am actually finding myself challenged by my workouts now. Some context, I would hike 6 miles, and gradually my body started to adjust. So I strapped on 20lbs, then 20 more, and then again another 20. I needed a way to up the ante without concerning the local authorities ( I somewhat resembled the Juggernaut from MW ). The mask worked beautifully, its got elevation caps for 3,000, 6,000, 9,000. I've been working with the 3,000 setting and so far I couldn't be happier.

Using this, my pulse is elevate fairly quickly, and able to maintain a high level of work, without straining my joints by jumping around. It allows you "elevation" of 3k, 6k, 9k, 12k, 18k, and 21k. elevation is really resistance to breathing, like I experienced wearing a gas mask. all the research I did says that it really isn't equal to elevation (of course, you can't change barometric pressure etc), but it definitely does work the lungs.

Ok. I want to make it clear that I absolutely LOVE this product. I condition that prevents me from being in the gym for an extended period of time. This allows me to do 5 minutes of cardio and feel like I’ve done 20-30 minutes.Something that I was not expecting was the strap that you are able to attach to the mask. This strap uses velcro and goes over the top of your head to keep the mask in place when you’re doing a hard workout. This mask does not move even with the most intense workouts.There is one reason that I’m giving this 4 stars: the cleaning. It’s miserable and it’s necessary. When you are working out with this, it gets moist in the apparatus. It’s so snug on your face that there is no ventilation (obviously, that’s the point of the device). I thought that I might be able to just let it air dry. I gave it a go. After about a week it needed a wash.It’s a great product. It does what it advertises and I think it’s worth the money. The cleaning is horrendous though.

Great buy. The left filter seemed to stop allowing air in and out (sounds proved this issue) but I could still breathe with the mask pretty damn well. Thank you very much. It feels more helpful in breathing while running than I thought. Even more helpful than I thought while sitting around in the house and trying to recover from a sickness lol. Thank you.PS I think I now sound like Darth Vader and Bane's fused clone. lol

I have always wanted to own this product, so I said the hell with it, the least that could happen is that it would motivate me to workout! I have used it 4 times already and I can feel myself getting stronger, rather than being out of breath and sluggish after working out.

Runs smaller than expected

I use this all the time when I do cardio like cycling, running, and boxing. This has strengthened my endurance and lungs! Cardio has been more challenging and fun now!
