This book has fundamentally changed the way I see and do business on a day to day basis. Tony hit home with the fact that Leaders should serve their subordinates and not vice versa. This mentality (or Leadership Dark Matter) allows for synergy and prosperity within the organization. Ive always tried to lead by example, however, I was not always the best delegator. A very well written book that explains the benefits in focusing on people rather than the organizational output. True leaders continue to learn and grow to better their ability to lead. Tony Marinello captures these thoughts and ideas from his experience as both a former Soldier and now corporate worker. I can appreciate his points of view and will garner the suggestions written by this young man. Keep up the great work and I’m excited for book number two. Thank you for your service and sharing these fascinating ideas.

Having been under Tony's leadership at our amazon facility I can say for sure that he's a man of integrity. This book is proof of that. It has been indispensable in my continuing career and provided me with insights into being a leader that I would not have gotten elsewhere.

This was an extremely well written book that paints a picture of leadership that many people would never have thought of. Well worth the time!
