Good battery for the price
Delivery time was very good. Installation was easy for me because I've done this before. If you're ordering one of these, I'll bet there's a YouTube video showing you how to replace one. Battery life for this model is so-so -- I expect to replace it every year or so (old but trusty Dell laptop).The company sent a follow-up email asking if everything was ok, a nice touch.

Doesn't charge. Waste of time, returned.
Old battery did okay, but after 5 years of daily usage, it drained within 2 hours.New battery won't even charge. Putting the old battery back in.

Battery life is awful
Bought this battery due to the original one died. Installing this one was very easy and all you have to do is watch a video from Youtube. After installing it, the computer worked great for about a month. After a month my computer battery does not hold a charge AGAIN. Stay away from this battery.
