Buy a small tube of 100% silicone and wipe a small amount around the fine threads before you install it. No matter what brand you buy you will need to do this.Plumbers putty will work but not as well. The bottom seal that sits on top of the nut will never crush enough to seal off the fine threads without it. Also if it comes with any type of "top seal or gasket" that goes under the top ring just trash it and use silicon.If you don't do this its likely the seal wont work and will be exposed /sticking out the sides of the top ring and look like a clown did the job. **Q: Does "pop up" mean there is no pull bar and you click up and down again to release for draining?** A: yes, no bar on this, which means you need to pair it with a sink that has no bar on it as well. (I guess you could still have a non-functional pull-bar on your sink...)Anyway, yes, you just click it down like a button to close, and click it again to open.I've had it for a few weeks now, and it works very well. **Q: Is picture or text wrong ?
