I took someone else’s advice and put my comforter straight in the wash when it arrived. Our machine would have had enough room to wash it after it fluffed out, but it was so a good idea. I recommend it for anyone unsure if it will fit in your wash machine.Typically my husband sleeps hot and I sleep cold. We have both been a little too warm with this comforter. We only use a sheet with this comforter. No extra blankets. For Wisconsin winter it works, but I doubt we will be able to use this comforter during the summer.One thing I really like about this comforter is that it is larger than most full/Queen sized comforters. Our last comforter was barely wider than our mattress. This often led to my husband and I battling for blanket in the middle of the night. This comforter extends well past our mattress width.One thing I dislike about this comforter is that it is loud. I’m sure the fabric will soften up in time as it gets used and washed, but for now it’s like sleeping in a wind breaker. It’s impossible to move without making noise.The feathers so far have not poked out and I’m overall extremely pleased. I’ve been looking for a nice black down comforter that we wouldn’t necessarily need a duvet cover for so long that I can’t bring myself to give it less than 5 stars. It shipped extremely fast as well. My only complaint again is the nosiness, but I think with time it will fad.

I ordered this for my wife, who always sleeps colder than me, for Valentine's Day. So we have owned it for about 6 weeks now.This item is shipped in a vacuum sealed bag, making it appear a lot thinner than it eventually becomes. It took a couple weeks before it "puffed up" to it's normal thickness.The overall quality seems durable. The material is not the soft as I would have liked, almost like a soft fabric washed in too much starch. This is partly why I did not rate it 5 stars. The material is almost "crunchy" like and makes considerable ruffling noises when you move. I contribute this to the newness of the fabric and believe in time, this will subside. It just needs some breaking in.The weight is heavy enough to keep you warm, but light enough not to cook you. I sleep a bit hot, but this comforter maintains a perfect temperature balance.Overall, I would recommend this comforter to anyone looking for a medium weight down comforter. I would purchase it again.

This is a luxurious high quality comforter. I can feel that it's made with high quality materials. I give it a good shake to puff it up when making the bed. The comforter feels like sleeping in a winter coat. I turn my heat off at night because this item will keep you very cozy.I was initially concerned about the dry cleaning recommendation for convenience purposes but the seller kindly reached out to me to advise that the comforter will do just fine in a washer and dryer if you follow the specific washing instructions.Also, there was a small problem with the the initial item I ordered but the seller was extremely quick and courteous with reaching out to me to fix the problem. I was amazed by the great service and great product. I will purchase from Egyptian Cotton Factory Outlet again for myself and others!

Love this comforter but it’s a little warm for me in the summer time. Would consider ordering a duvet cover right away with this one. Tiny feathers everywhere. Not very noticeable at first but after over a year with this comforter I’m over finding feathers.

Love love love this comforter; exactly what I was looking for; it has the right amount of weight to it to keep you cozy and warm but not overheated like most blankets do; also a lot of down comforters are white and I love the color selection on this one. In addition, because it’s not heavy, it’s super easy to move around and make the bed in the morning.

My comforter was delivered super fast, it's really comfortable just like at the hotels. The only negative thing I would say is that it takes almost a full day for it to fluff out and when you first take it out it feels like a grocery bag. Once it fluffs out and you've washed it once it gets pretty soft. The sizing is perfect, it almost feels bigger then a king which is perfect for me! Overall I'm very happy with it

Me and my girlfriend love the blanket but we’ve had it since the 5th of February dried it once like the instructions say to do and last night we noticed a hole in it and feathers are coming out of it so it didn’t even last a month
