Megatronix MEGA3100 2-Way LCD Motorcycle Alarm Remote Bike Security System

Great deal only if you know how to install car alarms and you have plenty of free time to do it. Installing a car alarm is not simple and there isn't a ton of documentation. This particular product has a very minimal manual, it includes a simple diagram describing what each of the wires on the unit goes to but no real instructions on where to plug splice them in or how.To see the manual, the one you will receive with this unit... Go to megatronixusa website and click on Support -> Manuals -> Megalarm [logo] -> MEGA 1300 Installation & Operation Manual.If you understand the above manual then you should buy this, if not then be warned you will need to hire someone to put this in. I've worked in stereo shop and installed many allarms and stereo systems but this confused the F out of me. then once everything was installed the speaker quit working because I washed my bike... REALLY!!! its a Motorcycle alarm its going to get wet, on wash and it was dead, the brain was in the "water proof" bag and was dry so WTF happened?

Awesome alarm i say buy it, more wires to hook up but worked the first time. 10x better than a gorilla and more compact size to hide it.

Great buy... I would say it is just as good as the scoripo, if not a little better in some ways... there is a built in mercury tilt sensor as well as a shock sensor built in to the module which helps from needing to buy all those add-ons. The siren could be louder, but its alright. The biggest downfall with this product is the installation... unless you have some type of electrical knowledge as well as knowledge of your motorcycle... you will need to get it professionally installed.
