Selby Table Hinge and Leaf Support w/Screws

This hinge is a "one-of-a-kind" locking hinge that allows for table "leafs" (extenders) to go from being stored HORIZONTALLY against the underside of the table to the fully extended position (a full 180-degree extension travel range) and also LOCK into place at each of the extreme positions. There's NO OTHER HINGE on other market that I've been able to find that accomplishes this feat...at least nothing that is even remotely comparably priced and/or even closely sized and as readily activated! (If you know of a competing product anywhere, please educate me. Otherwise, I'm taking the firmly held position that there really isn't any hinge on the market that can do what this hinge does for anything even remotely close in either price range or size and ease of use.) It's well worth the price point...and it works flawlessly, even holding up (and locking into place firmly) a table leaf that weighs about 15 pounds!!! Oh! As one other reviewer mentioned, the hinge-pin channel on this hinge does rise about 3/8ths-inch above the plane of the hinge's mounting surface: so in order to mount the hinge perfectly flush against a mounting surface (presumably wooden underside/back-side of a table or door), you WILL need to dig out a 3/8ths-inch deep semi-circular channel for the protruding hinge-pin to nestle into.

Exactly what we were looking for! This will be used as both a table and platform for a bed in our bus conversion. Great support when extended and locks the leaves in place when folded under 180° as well.

Great quality. Thick and sturdy. Snap back in and out is amazing. The only thing is that it did not come with instructions so I had to look it up online.

Until today, I didn't replace any old hinge (total eight hinges) from the flip-top dining table yet. New hinges: Look the same on screen only; but when I received that, I knew that not exactly made by the same company. Quality not good as my old hinges. After installed (my experience, over 20 years furniture maker), when flip-up the side-table-portion is not leveling with the center-part, sloping down to the outside. Doesn't Work!!!...Sorry the five stars doesn't shine at all. One star is only for polite, I always did.
