Then this remote is a must have. This thing has a built-in battery so digging around for AA or AAA batteries is a thing of the past. Just dock the remote and it charges. The color screen is bright and easily read. You can customize your favorite channels and make watching TV effortless. Activities and remote programming is easy to setup. The Harmony App can do what the remote can do if you are feeling lazy or want to get the TV going before getting to the living room. Works with Roku, AppleTV and much more. If Harmony doesn't know your device, it can learn it. This is the remote to buy.

Works great but need to be an expert to setup!!! Wouldn’t work with apple products

Two cables are needed, one for the remote charger and one for the hub, unfortunately one of the cables is missing, Also could not sync the unit to my wifi. Delivery was great.

Great remote. Not as tedious to configure as the old Harmony Remotes. The WiFi connectivity is a great feature. I only wish they could have added the "learn remote command" with the WiFi connectivity also instead of the just in IR

While it's not easy to set up, it can be done. Problem I'm having is getting it to respond correctly. Won't select channels even know adjusted and programmed correctly. Not responsive to Direct TV Genie remote box. Works Denon and TV correctly but very bad IR response otherwise. Right in front of box too! Everyone in the house has given up on it. I can make it work with 3 or 4 trys for commands like pause, rewind or changing to specific channels with number command or even pre programmed channels but we simply use it to turn on and off all devices and then go right back to the directv remote for watching. Real Bummer! I have the RF version in the house as well and that one works better but this one won't learn the TV off command for the brand TV I have in that room. I taught it to it and it accepts the command but instead goes to a Smart TV menu screen instead of turning the tv off. Again a real bummer that has us in the position to using 2 remotes in that room as well. Tried all support methods they have as I really want this to work but even know I'm very technical, it just won't work. I've shared the issue but no response. Hoping for a software up date to support my Hisense 65 inch TV for that one. Don't buy until you see these things working. Also, bought the referb units the first time and had to send them back. Bought new in replacement but still have the above named annoying issues. Not a 1 remote system but instead 2.

Not sure why it is getting so many negative reviews. I bought this despite them and am pleased so far. It came with: - remote - charging cradle for remote - hub - two IR blasters - mini USB cable It did not include ANY instructions or paperwork. (So, I am docking one star for that.) But, everything is available online with a quick google search. Why did I buy this remote? Well, I wanted the Home version as it can control home automation as well. But, I read that this could do it as well after a software update. Well, after I finally got everything setup (in about an hour), I was a bit concerned when it only showed Phillips Hue and one other one as home automation options. (I had done several syncs which are supposed to update the software so I thought I was up to date.) Turns out you need to go into the MyHarmony software and click on the upgrade button on the left side of the panel. Once I did that and went through a 3-5 minute software upgrade, I can now interact directly with my Smartthings Hub and Nest. Note that I also have the Harmony Elite...if you want to spend the extra money, it is worth it if you will be using it daily. The physically button layouts are much better (and so is the screen quality). But that being said, if you are looking for something for occasional use, this deal can't be beat!

This is a great product. The "clicker" is easy to set up and very easy to use. Anyone can use it!

It worked fine but I guess "Refurbished" means that it was a return so they threw it in a box with some bubble wrap, didn't inspect or "refurbish" this device at all, and still deem it ready to ship to the next customer. The remote came programmed to another person's Logitech account so I had to wipe that first. The official box and instructions were missing. One of the power supplies has a broken tip so I'm having to use an old iPhone charger with a spare micro USB cable to charge the remote (hope the voltage difference doesn't kill the battery prematurely). The benefit though is no visible electronics which I feel is well worth the couple hours of troubleshooting and searching that I had to do to get it working. I work in tech so the learning/researching/setup process wasn't that bad for me.

Unfortunately remote didn't work. I got a software error and the thing wouldn't boot up. Included with the remote was a 1 page troubleshooting procedure for software errors which I tried to follow as best I could but didn't resolve the issue. Customer service is pretty much non existent. I returned the unit. My search for an RF remote continues...

After I purchased this remote, there was a problem for using a Hub and remote, Hub was not able to be connected with wifi eventually, it was not working, I started to return this device, but it is hard to contact to seller and Amazon wont protect you, You have to deal with 3rd party seller meaning Amazon's rules are beyond of your expectation, This is a defective item, at the beginning, it would be fine, but a few months or hours later, you will have a problem when using it, such as buttons are not working, I had to return to my client to replace with a new different remote I had to order from different source, I wont be able to use this seller's brand, Waist of my time, cost, value, trust for my client, This is not cheap guys, However, This value does not make you happy, go others to buy different or new one, This is a Fake business at a glance

This remote was disappointing. The keys were stick (both channel and volume buttons) and didn’t work properly. I returned sir and did get a prompt return. I am hesitant about ordering another one?

I was attempting to replace an old harmony remote with a new-ish remote. After 3 hours I finally gave up. I will try again but I'm thinking returning the remote. Disappointing setup software and instructions.
