I have tried Shilajit before - but from the north side of the Himalayas (Altai shilajit) . . can any1 advise if the two taste similar ?
It says it's Altai, is this different to shilajit?

Amazing
This has balanced me out hormonally as well as relieving skin condition psoriasis. I made a concentrated effort to look after ‘ my body’ MORE. And Wow. If I miss this out in the morning I don’t feel as alert and I believe it takes months to ensure you’re getting all you need from supplemental and diet and to clear toxins out. I’m reaping the benefits now , I sleep better, I’m more focused, I have more energy I am less anxious so much difference. I’m using Celtic sea salt too and eating raw , fresh foods. I was definitely lacking the nutrients in this though. Make up, clothes, hair all external and this is improving your overall health, skin, hair.. it took about 2 weeks before I say the benefits and I also did a parasite cleanse which was pumpkin seeds, papaya seed, pineapple fresh.. we all have build up of parasites and I do not crave SUGARY foods now. AMAZING RESULTS 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's been few days since I start using this product. I feel tired and sleepy before consumption of this product. But result has been totally changed after the consumption.It's pure and quick dissolve in water.Good Product

Shilajit resin
Seems legit too early to tell only on my 2nd day. This dissolves easily in water and the burn test bubbles and turns to ash as it should. The taste isn't pleasant as expected but not really a problem for me straight under the tounge haha. On a side note 4hr drive and I've not needed a red bull hmmm

Different than last time
I previously ordered this in September 2023, it was very thick and more difficult to take from the jar with the scoop. It could be shaped by hand if you wanted to (as I'm told it should be) and has a very distinct taste. This time it's a lot softer and even runny like a thick oil with a very different but distinct taste. I'm wondering if it's a bad batch or is it normal for there to be a difference

I first used this and it was extremely effective. I then started to cut corner and thought others would be the same. But actually no, I have come back to this product even though I didn't like paying the extra £6 or £7, but now I'm glad I do.

False advertising
In the title it says Himalayan Shilajit but in the description it states clearly that it’s Siberian which is not the same thing.This product tastes better and has a darker colour than actual Shilajit, it gave me energy and increased my sex drive a little bit but it was no where near as powerful as Himalayan Shilajit and is more expensive than the brand I’ve been using, it’s been a game changer.I’d have given it 5 stars if I were honest in it’s advertising and I was looking for Siberian Shilajit which is basically what Siberian ginseng is to Korean ginseng; a totally different thing and not as potent.
