Is it machine washable?

I believe it is, but we always have ours dry cleaned.

How do you wash this? Or is it best to get it dry cleaned instead?

I’ve actually washed mine and it turned out perfect. It’s probably better to dry clean but washing it was cheaper.

Is this the really lightweight one used in Marriott hotels?

It's fairly heavy, but lightens with washings. I think the ones in the hotels have just been washed many times.

It says this can be used inside a duvet cover so there are or arent little loops to tie a duvet to?

This is not like the ones at the Marriott. It says made in China and it is super hot and every time you move it sounds like a plastic. It does not have any little loops to tie a duvet. I do not recommend this at all. I wanted to return it and they would not pay for the return. Waste of money.!
