Pretty good for such a simple piece of equipment.
Got this on sale so it was a good price for what you get, would I buy this at full price tho? Yes I would. It’s a really simple design that uses an oil filled piston that has a knob used to restrict the flow of the oil making it more or less resistant. What’s interesting about this design is they managed to balance the pressure of both sides equally so you don’t over work one side or the other. It’s fairly compact so you can take it anywhere in a backpack or something, but it is a little heavy. The movement of the levers is smooth and offer a good balance and feel. One thing I would have changed is the handles, they tend to get a little slippery after a while when your hands start sweating. They could have made the handles have grooves for your fingers making it easier to grip. Also the little clip on the bottom to hold the handles together for transporting could of been attached to the handle by a small hinge or something making it nearly impossible to lose, but you do get extras so at least that’s nice. Overall this simple device offers a nice easy upper body work out that you can feel after a while, my arms and chest were soar the next day so it’s a good sign it’s working. I would definitely recommend this for people who work at a desk or sit a lot through the day, it’s a good way to work out without having to stand if you can’t or don’t want too.

Great on the go machine
Granted I’ve only had this for two days now, but this was an amazing investment. I remember seeing it months back thinking it was too good to be true and ordered some dumbbells instead to work out at home with. However, since I’ve been more consistent at the gym, I would need to order new weights at this point and they aren’t very portable.I work security and have some shifts exceeding 14 hours depending on the day. I can get pretty stir crazy at work and I wanted something that would get me results while on the clock. I did the same thing with forearm trainers back at my old job. I went browsing again and saw this device, and with all the great reviews I figured at this cost it was worth a shot.I can say with full confidence after a mere 8 reps per exercise in each position (also adding in a bicep variant where I have the device against my shoulder) I can feel myself getting a pump after my first set. Knowing I can easily transport it and store it aside at work, use it for quick workouts when I have downtime, and feel the burn after very little use… I’m confident I’ll be seeing excellent results in no time.I can also tell it will be long while before I am strong enough to get up to the highest settings. I get better engagement than with weights and a stronger contraction than cables. It won’t eliminate my upper body days, as cables provide more stretch tension and weights are better for stabilization, but as a way to exercise at work I can say I don’t think there is a better option out there.

This thing's awesome
So I've had this for a little over a day and it's an easy, fun workout. My chest and shoulders are ON FIRE from my test run with it last night.Would be 5-stard, only I doubt the accuracy of the resistance settings.I'm 128lbs soaking wet and was able to get a few halfway reps on level 20, which should be over 440lbs of resistance.I'm not sure if I need to tighten up some screws or go get checked for superhuman strength, lolAt the end of the day, it seems to work and it works well. That's all the matters to me.

Sturdy / well made
This thing is perfect. It feels well made. My son is 12 and he loves using it over the summer, hopefully to have pecks when he goes back to school in August. He seems well on his way with this thing. Its good for adults too, does tire out the chest muscles. Well worth it.

Totally worth it! Great workout!
This device is awesome. My mother loves using it, I love using it and especially the teens love using it. It has multiple resistant settings and you can definitely feel the burn while using it as well as the next day. What a great handy device. You can do it while working out or even while watching TV. I would recommend standing while using this so that you get the most strength from your core. It’s fun and worth the money.

Must try.
Great product has super good tension/resistance could give you a really good workout if you use it consistently, you feel a burn after a couple reps. Super easy to use and it’s versatile for both of your triceps and chest and maybe even biceps.

Probably not 440lbs definitely a lot and worth keeping will update if item breaks
Just got it tonight will update if anything changesbut first thing I did I turned it all the way to the highest weight and tried it at that weight and while it was very difficult I was able to squeeze out one rep at supposedly 440 lbs. it still has a lot of resistance but and feels decent quality but I know for a fact I can't do 440lbs. I will however keep it because it'll be a good for reps thing but I'm pretty sure it doesn't really do 440lbs
