Got the smaller neck roll. It's perfect as a travel piece as well; fits nicely into a carry-on. Just tuck it below the hotel's pillow and enjoy a well supported neck's night of sleep. It's softer than other tempurpedic types but is perfect softness for me. I find the other brands too stiff.

Too big

I have only had this for a couple of days. But this Cervical roll is memory foam and is leagues better than just a regular foam. You will not regret your purchase if you buy one of these.

comfortable, right size for my neck, not hard at all, maybe a little tiny bit too soft, but it's just what I was looking for.

This cervical roll comes in gentle and firm. THe roll was advertised as firm but is not. They don't have the firm so to return must be restocking fee and shipping.

My son (maybe my daughter) bought me the Jobri cervical roll over 8 years ago. I am still using it while watching TV and many times I use it in bed for neck support with a little pillow holding up my head and I sleep well. I use the extra pillow under my head that is very small because to support it to my liking. I am going to be buying another one, but it is pretty pricey at the moment for me to buy one for the heck of it. Hmmm time to hint to my kids for mothers days. LOL
