Think twice if there is a chance you need to return this dryer because there is a 25% restocking fee, and you have to pay for return shipping.

The dryer worked great at first
Very quite, doesn’t make clients uncomfortable. Huge in size best purchase for my salon in a while until 5 months later. For some reason it doesn’t get hot.Very frustrating especially since this is a $700 hair dryer purchased four months ago and the price of everything is going up in the salon.I would have hoped that the customer service would have been a little more helpful than to ask me to send the dryer back without a replacement and likely pay cuts of shipping and finding a new box. This dryer is heavy . It’s going to cost me a ton of money to do this. Don’t purchase this dryer .

don't ever buy DIR product...bad service & almost 50% of your money will be taken for restocking.
poor customer service and pls don't ever buy DIR product b'se if you have to return the product for any reason they will refund you only 50% of your money and the rest will be taken as restocking and shipping fee. DIR or amazon are not going to give a heads up about this. So please don't ever but DIR product.
