Delighted with my purchase
For the price I paid, I couldn't be happier. My biggest concern before buying it was whether it would be truly water-resistant. It is. There are small ventilation holes in the top which will allow some drops of water to come in, and of course some rain will come in on the sides if there are strong winds, but by and large you will stay dry even during a heavy rain. I still cover up the furniture in the gazebo if a heavy downpour is expected during the night. I seems pretty sturdy, although I didn't take any chances and bought the recommended sandbags to provide weight on all four pillars. Well worth the peace of mind. The only two criticisms I would offer are these: 1) the step-by-step instructions consist of drawings only with NO written guidance-- a few words of clarification (especially with Step #1) would have saved a lot of time. It took me about four hours (with two people) to assemble it. 2) Velcro straps would make it much, much easier to enter and exit the gazebo when you have something in your hands, which is almost always. To open the "door" you have to unzip from the bottom up, and it's impossible to do that with one hand. Other than that, I'm totally satisfied and feel it was well worth the price.

Great purchase
This “gazebo” ended up being a second living space for me and my two adult children. We wanted to have an area to hang out together outdoors and watch tv, play games. We live in Florida so it needed to provide shade, be weatherproof and to keep mosquitoes out. It did just that. It had enough room for a sofa, a couple of end tables, a bean bag chair, & tv. We spent many nights watching movies, eating dinner in this gazebo. Didn’t have to worry about the neighbors complaining because it’s really pretty all set up. We hung lights, added a fan, and it did exactly what we wanted it for. Family time. It made it through lots of summer thunderstorms without falling over but it did leak enough that we had to keep things covered up to avoid damage inside. Unfortunately, last October, hurricane Milton came through Tampa and destroyed our gazebo. It is not the manufacturers fault. These gazebos are not built for 80 mph winds. I would tell anyone that wants an outdoor shaded gazebo that looks great and is sturdy, we recommend this one.

Assembly is horrible!!!!
The worst assembly instructions I have ever seen!!!! I could not even find a manual to download or view. We worked on this canopy for 8 hours putting it up. We eventually got it up and it just feels cheaply made. I can't imagine it holding up to a windy storm at all but we'll see. I am so disappointed in this and want to return the item. I wouldn't suggest you purchase. Update….Did not even have this up for 2 months and this happened!!! No wind just rain and it collapsed. This has been such a huge waste of of money!!!!

Looks nice - not great for rain
This looks nice - setup wasn’t awful but lots of pieces. This replaced a plain white tent we had that worked great protecting furniture and cushions from rain. This one DOES NOT. “Water resistance” really doesn’t do anything. The vent holes at the top and around edges allow water to come through. I personally love the convenience of leaving my cushions under a tent. Now I need to find a cover for the furniture. Ugh . This is also not a tent you can take down for the winter. At least not easily. I wouldn’t buy it again for these reasons.

Looks very nice just needs to be a little more sturdy
The canopy is very nice looking and has the bug netting as well as side panels that you can close up and keep high winds out. Our last one had three canvas roofs get torn off by winds because we didn’t have the side panels. This particular canopy was easy to put together and all parts were labeled with letters that coincided with the directions. If there is anything that I would want to improve about the unit is the metal thickness of the frame and structure. It is a little lighter weight metal than our last one but you are able to anchor it down with bigger sized screws because the feet have holes to do so. All in all we really like this unit

Pretty and Sturdy. Not easy to assemble
We like the color and design. The curtains are great. The way this canopy is constructed makes it wind-resistant However, it takes two people three hours to assemble it because the directions are poorly written. These panty liners would often not stay in place. Also, I thought they would feel soft, but they did not I am not going to buy it again I really wanted to give organics a try. I don't shop on Amazon anymore. I do not want to give money to a billionaire who is destroying US democracy.

Good for an event, but not permanent use
This canopy was great for a backyard party. Assembly took 2 people about an hour to complete. We left it up for permanent use, but the weather disagreed with that idea. The first rainstorm made the roof cave in and it needed to be repaired. The second rainstorm sent the whole canopy toppling over, which bent the legs and made it unusable. It acts like a parachute if used in windy conditions and can become very unsafe when it tips over, since it has solid metal legs and is very heavy. If you're having an important event, this canopy is worth the extra money. It's attractive and well constructed. However, if you're planning on having it for permanent use, you should install it underneath a porch, carport, or other strong structure and tightly tie it down.

This is perfect
This canopy was a great purchase and I would buy it again for sure. It is very sturdy. The color of the fabric is light and just what I was looking for. It does not draw in the heat. It can be a little tricky putting it together. Definitely need 2 or more people. Just take your time and it will be up in no time at all.
