Ok for cuddles, best for sleeping.
This is now my favorite pillow. Not because of how effective it is while cuddling - but it is effective for cuddling- but because it is soooo comfy. It fits my head perfectly, and is the perfect firmness while also being soft.It is plushy. It stays cool long- I never feel like I need to flip it over to the cool side of the pillow. Not to mention it provides great neck support depending on what side you use.

disappointed customer
I have never been so disappointed with a product. I tried to return be this showed a fraudulent address. I had to pay $12 postage to even receive the item. Asked Amazon for help with no response.

Good product but shipping ruined it
So overall this product os exactly what they said it would be in the description and that's the only reason ot gets two stars. I ordered this product in July of 2021 and on the shipping portion of the order ot said ot would be here no later than September 1st. Me beeong patient waited till that day. Nothing showed. I co tasted the seller that said it would be here the end of September I waited till the end nothing. I contacted them again they said wait till October 10th so I waited and again nothing. Contacted them again they said wait till November 10th finally I just got it yesterday October 27th a full two months after the latest shipping date and 4 months after I ordered it. Then I got a email saying good things come to thoes who wait. I waited two months after ot was suppose to be here.

Great Pillow - no pillowcase
The cuddle pillow is great, and comes as pictured - same memory foam feel as my other memory foam pillows. But it does not come with a case for it, nor am i finding pillow cases for it. i currently have mine in a king size pillow case - but the difference in case sizes refer to the length of the case, and it's the width that's a problem - so the extension that goes over the arm is squished into the pillowcase and its not as comfortable for use. It would be helpful if proper fitting cases were made for it and available for sale.
