The Rancho Gordo Pozole Book

I bought this because I have become infatuated with posole and Rancho Gordo products. I don't think the recipes in the book really justify the price (around $30) unless you are wanting to gift it to a posole lover for a coffee table book. It is lovely, just not particularly useful.
