My 09 BMW R1200RT with a polyolefin gas tank has the issue with cracking / leaking flanges around the fuel tank quick disconnect lines. I had already used the Beemer Boneyard clamps to prevent the hoop-stress cracks for years before BMW issued their own Walmart-version recall fix. When I decided to replace the nylon quick disconnects (that also crack) with stainless versions from Beemer Boneyard, I upgraded their version of generic Gasoila (which leaked a bit when I installed their earlier clamps) to this version because in the midwest USA we have only E10 Gasoline. It hasn't leaked a single drop since repairs, even after riding it hard and putting it away wet.

Our company produces the only DOT approved mobile gas station in US. We have tried every known sealant available. We even tested high end aerospace grade sealants. Even Hylomar Blue dissolves in ethanol based gasoline. Nothing works as well as Gasoila. But you must let it set at least 24 hrs. Ethanol in fuel is in itself a crazy endeavor. Forget the concept of turning food into fuel, the cost of putting a hygroscopic low energy liquid into non food based petroleum that destroys the equipment and engines running it makes an engineering nightmare for all. Gasoia E-Seal works against the nightmare of ethanol. Use it and move on. We wish we had.

This is the stuff you want to seal petcocks on a motorcycle. Non-hardening, and provides an excellent seal that prevents leaking. Messy, and gets everywhere, so be careful when you're applying.

Great paste for sealing gas lines. Probably the best I have ever used. No leaks and stays soft. Only drawback is the price and the one year self life. Probably good for a full time mechanic who will use a full can in a year, but not for the home hobbyist.

Did you ever try to use regular Teflon tape on gasoline fittings? It turns to mush. This stuff is easy to use, prevents leaks, never hardens, and does the job. You're going to love this stuff!

This sealant is literally the BOMB DOT COM son!! I had tried several other sealants when trying to seal a fuel filter housing on my Chevy diesel truck. All of them leaked but this one. After using this sealant I have not had a single leak. I applied the sealant and let it sit for two days before I fired it up. Worked great! Very impressed!
