Trudeau - 5118553 Structured Silicone Muffin Pan, 12 Cup, Confetti/Fuschia

This is a great mini-muffin pan and so much better than the teflon muffin pans. Love that it bakes 2 dzen at a time! Not at all flimsly, it is definitely non-stick whether making egg bites or muffins. The steel frame is a plus keeping the pan very stable. It's easy to clean because food doesn't stick and it can also go in the dishwasher. Most recently made G-F pumpkin muffins for a pot luck and every single one came out perfect and was so easy to remove.

Easy to put in the oven (no baking sheet needed). Effortless to flip over and items just pop out. There is very little mess remaining in the tray, making clean up a breeze. I highly recommend. I also purchased their mini muffin pan and it is just as amazing.

I made mini muffin egg bites for a mom group in a traditional pan and they stuck horribly. Spent at least 30 minutes to clean the pan…then I found these pans! I’ve only used it twice so far…but they’re amazing. Absolutely no sticking and I didn’t even spray the pan! (I do add a very small amount I’d oil or butter to the eggs when mixing them) very happy with my purchase!

If you've ever used a silicon baking pan, you know they're very easy to clean. But you also may know they're floppy and unstable. This muffin pan is the solution to that. The muffin cups are quite large, bigger than the traditional cupcake/muffin pan size. But the edge has some kind of metal frame (encased in plastic) that stabilizes the silicon muffin molds. One of my go-to meal prep recipes is very simple: a big handful chopped baby spinach packed into a jumbo muffin mold, pour in EggBeaters , bake at 375 for about half an hour. Today I used this pan for the first time. It took about thirty seconds to wash up the pan after the muffins popped out like a dream. So glad I got this pan!
