This is a great mini-muffin pan and so much better than the teflon muffin pans. Love that it bakes 2 dzen at a time! Not at all flimsly, it is definitely non-stick whether making egg bites or muffins. The steel frame is a plus keeping the pan very stable. It's easy to clean because food doesn't stick and it can also go in the dishwasher. Most recently made G-F pumpkin muffins for a pot luck and every single one came out perfect and was so easy to remove.

Easy to put in the oven (no baking sheet needed). Effortless to flip over and items just pop out. There is very little mess remaining in the tray, making clean up a breeze. I highly recommend. I also purchased their mini muffin pan and it is just as amazing.

Great, is exactly what I wanted! Has a firm edge for transferring in and out of the oven, dishwasher safe and cleans easily. I use it for egg breakfast bakes and they pop out easily and cook nicely. I bought two and then one for my daughter. The confetti decorations have not come off or torn. Be sure to fill while on a firm surface and same when removing from oven as the cup bottoms are flexible. Great purchase, great quality.

Just made my first batch of muffins, and this pan improved the whole process! 1st, No greasing or lining the muffin cups; 2nd, pan handles eliminate need for a baking tray that un-re-enforced silicone pans require; 3rd, removing the muffins took about 12 seconds--just pushed up the bottom of each muffin cup, and the muffin popped out; and 4th, clean-up was so easy. Simply rinse the pan under water; for stains, rub lightly with finger.

I made mini muffin egg bites for a mom group in a traditional pan and they stuck horribly. Spent at least 30 minutes to clean the pan…then I found these pans! I’ve only used it twice so far…but they’re amazing. Absolutely no sticking and I didn’t even spray the pan! (I do add a very small amount I’d oil or butter to the eggs when mixing them) very happy with my purchase!
