does it come with the cape?

Hello, Thank you for your inquiry. There is no cape included. This product includes - dress, belt, gauntlets, and tiara. Have a good day!

According to the size chart, I'm a small by dress size but medium by waist size. Which do I go with?

If an item is too small, one can do...Nothing....always err on the larger size

i purchased this item on Nov. 23rd and it did not have a tiara in the package. What should I do?

Let the vendor know and they should send it right out to you

If I'm 5'2 and typically wear a 4 or 6, Do I order an extra small or small

I would order an extra small. I'm 5"8, I ordered a larger but it was too big. It also depends on your bust line. Anything with buttons I'm a large. Anything I pull over my head is a medium.
