I have to replenish what is missing, cancer takes so much out of you, then treatments even more. I won’t absorb much of anything without Betaine HCI + Pepsin. Side effects are none to mild. Quality is good so I already have another bottle. Remember all, B-1 is your most important (hence the number) to have in your arsenal. All the B’s are in the capsule. You know they work because if you forget to take them your brain will remind you… “forgetting something?” Thanks

It hasn't been very long but I can already tell I have more energy and I'm able to focus on multiple tasks again! My chiropractor told me to take them for all the benefits!! It does turn your urine a crazy bright yellow, so don't be alarmed, lol. It's just the excess leaving your body. :) Great amount for the price, easy to swallow and no flavor that I can tell.

The Gel caps go down easy enough but can be intimidating. I really fell better since taking this supplement. My hair seems to fall out less, feels slightly thicker and I have been able to fall asleep easier when I take this in the afternoon. It may not be this supplement but since I do not believe in coincidences, I am sticking with my belief. I tend to have negative reactions to many supplements. I can at least take this with no negative reaction. I will continue to order this product, at least for now.

Best overall for complete B vitamin complex.Spent the time to compare, liked what I read. Have not been disappointed and will continue to order as needed. My Dr. was happy with blood work after surviving cancer. I can feel the improvement in my energy level. Great product.

I have been taking this for several weeks and no issues. Product is good quality, large bottle, so will last a while. I like the high dosage of each B vitamin in this complex.
