Look exactly like originals
These look and feel exactly like the original ones. There are plenty of youtube videos on how to replace these. Just take your time doing it. You will need a small flat screwdriver or pry tool and a small Phillips screwdriver. Took about 20 minutes to replace. There is a screw(or two, can't remember) behind the sticker where the batteries go.

Perfect match. Fit Snug. Just What I Needed.
Replaced damaged and worn (rubber on sticks) thumbsticks on the gray XBox One controller. Matched the original green thumbsticks perfectly. Fit snug. Easy to install. Controller looks new again. Goal accomplished.

Pretty good for afternarket
Works great seem good quality only downside is that there is a little gap where you can slightly see inside, when the stick is turned all the way

Cheap fix
Pretty easy replacement. My niece has a habit of chewing off the grips so this was a cheap and easy fix.
