These sprinkles were elegant and pretty. I used them on wedding sugar cookies to add a little extra sparkle. They taste good too! The photos shared have them on the yellow/white iced sugar cookies.

They were a little small in size but worked out fine.

I bought the Pastel Confetti to make sprinkle cookies (smitten kitchen) and had to throw the batch away. Unlike Jimmies (long sprinkles), these are very hard and taste like nothing. Not that you want your sprinkles to taste like much, but you want them neutral/positive, not neutral/negative like these. I could get over the lack of taste if they were softer, but anything you use these as a topping or decoration for will become unpleasant to eat. Not like crunchy-hard, just hard. I’m wondering if using them in a wet batter (like a confetti cake) would soften them up, maybe they would dissolve to create nice color dots in the cake? Worth a try, otherwise they are going in the trash.

These sprinkles are a little thicker than other brands of mini pastel sequin sprinkles I’ve used in the past. They remained in their original state even after baking and almost have a stale taste.
