Love this disinfectant spray. Just make sure the area is clean, spray this on and let it dry on its own. Premixed solution makes it very nice, as you can also get this in the concentrate to mix yourself.

I have a fair number of animals - two dogs, five cats, and a ball python - so I have tried a lot of cleaning supplies. This disinfectant is probably the most effective for my purposes. You spray it on and let it evaporate, no need to scrub, rinse, or wipe. There's not really a smell which is extra nice for sensitive air ways ESPECIALLY for the python. Sure, it's more expensive than other cleaners but it continues to earn its keep due to the convenience and the fact that it's safe to use in reptile enclosures (just don't leave them in there while spraying).The only downside is that the ready to use bottles, like this one, are no longer able to be shipped to my state due to fuzzy regulations about classifying it as a veterinary product so it can only be sent to practices or shelters. Not the product's fault at all but something worth noting to others. I have it shipped to a friend's house or buy the concentrate to refill, which can be shipped to my home. Go figure.

This is amazing for cleaning up after my bearded dragon! Disinfects and doesn’t have a toxic smell. Great price and lasts a long time! Price is well worth for how long it lasts.

I use this to clean out my bearded dragons cage and it works very well at disinfecting his area and keeping his home safe and clean!

F10 SC is powerful stuff. It’s broad-spectrum, EPA-registered, and safe around animals when used correctly. But for normal cleaning? It’s overkill. The scent is neutral (which is nice), but the formula is designed for biosecurity, not wiping down countertops or casual spot cleaning.It’s also pricey compared to standard disinfectants, and the ready-to-use version lacks the flexibility of the concentrate. If you’re deep into exotic pet care or need high-level sanitation for cages and terrariums, it’s a solid choice. But for everyday messes, there are simpler, cheaper options.

This product works well with sanitizing toys and habitats for my pal Poe. It doesn't have a strong smell and is very clear on how to use it. Just make sure you pal isn't in the area when using it in case they are sensitive and have reactions. It's meant to kill that nastiness. 10/10, my pal Poe recommends.

I love this stuff! Before ordering the concentrate, I wanted to check this out.I have several species of herptiles, some of which have extremely tender skin. I wanted to be able to disinfect their enclosures and their assorted equipment safely and effectively. F10 was suggested to me by a herp breeder. This stuff is amazing! Almost imperceptible scent, vaguely citrus. Cleaned thoroughly. Accidently sprayed it on a frog. That would have been a complete disaster with any other cleaner! Nothing happened at all! The frog was fine!I would never suggest spraying cleaner on a frog under any circumstances, but it is a relief to know just how safe the F10 really is.I am a very big fan now!
