2003 F250 short rear doors 6' 9" bed
The 4028 standard offset Bullring fits both the front and rear holes perfectly on the 2003 F250 crew cab with the short half doors and 6' 9" bed. I initially purchased the 4028 standard offset for the rear holes and 4038 large offset for the front holes. The 4038 large offset does not fit well at all in the front holes by the cab even though it is listed to fit this truck in this location ( see my pictures ). The 4038 large offset plastic base is made incorrectly for this truck. If you look in my picture comparing the 4028 and 4038 the lip on the underside perimeter of each is a different width. The lip on the underside of the 4038 is not wide enough so there is no way it can fit down into the hole of the plastic bed rail cover. You can make it sit flush towards the front or rear of the truck in the plastic bed rail cover, but never both at the same time. I discovered that the 4028 will also fit the large offset holes in the cab side of my truck so that's what I now have in all 4 holes. They are very easy to install, work extremely well and are the best value you will find. The Bullring is made of quality plastic and stainless steel, super nice. The company is extremely helpful also. I highly recommend these for any truck!!

As good as they look and with a good company to back them...
These are a great addition to my truck, and I've been very happy with the quality of the product as well as the customer service behind it. I purchased these tie-downs to accomodate a new cap for my farm work truck. I haul everything from construction materials to hay to wood to an old cider press, and use tie-downs a lot. My old tie-downs were the rubber plug type as well as spring clilps - both were a pain to install (and uninstall), and did not hold heavy loads very well because they relied mostly on friction to be secure. These tie downs work every bit as well as advertised. They are well-made, sturdy and easy to install - yet have a great physical connection to the truck that makes them the strongest I've had. I trialed two to ensure they would work well with my truck cap (and in their other functions) - after the first two worked well, I ordered four more to fill out the bed. One came with a factory flaw in the clip device, and when I contacted Bull Ring, they were responsible (within hours) to my concern, polite and quickly issued a replacement - no questions asked and no hesitation. I'm very pleased with these and the company behind them, and would recommend them to others.

Looks and works great
2013 Ford F150 XLT 8ft bed. The front pocket is off center from the plastic moulding on the rail and these fit perfectly. I had to buy the separate pair for the rear. Installation took maybe a minute of finding the sweet spot to wiggle it in. Looks like Jesus fish or something under the metal anchor. I went with these after having trouble finding replacement caps.

4038 (Front/Middle) Didn't Fit My 2009 F350. 4028 (Rear) fit all 6 pockets perfectly.
I took off one star because the "4038 Front/Middle" set did not fit the Front or Middle pockets on my 2009 F350 8-ft bed. After returning them, I bought two more sets of the "4028 Rear" because those fit all 6 pockets on my truck perfectly. Holding them up side by side, the plastic molding is offset by like 1/4" on the 4038, which does not work on my truck. The hooks themselves are great. I've had the rear set installed for over a year with no rusting or issues whatsoever. Great addition to the truck. Takes 1 minute to install each hook. Use a large Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws so they come out of the bottom bracket, drop it into the pocket at an angle, pull the hook up, then torque down each screw nice and tight.

Screws need to come all the way out before a quick and easy installation
These tie down anchors are great. They are well made, easy to install and easy to use. I installed my first set about fifteen years ago and needed to replace them last month after getting new bedsides installed on my 2009 F150. I use them to secure gas cans, loads of hay and coolers for traveling. I like that they fully retract so they are out of the way when not in use. I did not realize at first that the screws needed to come all the way out to install, so just mentioning in case that helps someone else.

Solved a problem for tiedowns with F150 Bed Rails, plus great quality and fit
When I saw that the front Rail Caps on my 2010 Ford F150 XLT Supercab were not aligned, I had no choice but to trust that Bull Ring has made these tie downs to correct that issue. This fit perfectly and one of the best tie downs I have used, I like the fact that they are smooth with the top of the bed rail when not in use. Very easy to install and very strong hold down force. I also purchased ones for near the tailgate where there was no misalignment in the bed rails. These work very well when securing tarps over your load or taller items. Would highly recommend this product due to its proper fit and quality. I have used these tiedowns numerous time and makes the job of securing your load so much easier.

AMAZING!! Donโt hesitate, just buy the Bull Rings!
Oh Bull Rings, how I love thee... 1. SUPER easy to install. I had one question and called customer support. They told me to email Steve (after hours) and he responded like 5 minutes later answering my question! 2. I love the fact theyโre completely flush with the side of the truck so no one even knows I have the rings unless theyโre extended and Iโm using them to secure something in the bed. As a chick driving a crew cab, long box F350, I donโt want to look like I have a dudeโs work truck, but I want it to function like a heavy duty work truck when I need it. Yeah, I know it doesnโt make sense, but somehow in my head it does. Anyway, with Bull Rings, mission accomplished. 3. Thereโs no drilling or screwing into the liner or bed of the truck like other rings. You literally pop out the plug covers, drop these in, tighten the screws, and youโre done. 4. American made. Gotta support our neighbors.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I ordered these as a set of 4 but the middle 2 didn't fit my 2014 F150 because the pockets were offset. I called the customer service and they sent out a set of 4038 tie downs which fit properly for no charge at all! They really take care of their customers and I'll be purchasing more Bull Ring products. Just a reminder. 4028 for rear pockets, 4038 for middle and front pockets if they're slightly offset. Thanks again Bull Ring, very happy with the products!

Fantastic fit and finish
I want to preface this with the fact that I have not tied a heavy load to this to know if it is super durable. With that being said, this product is very nice and seems to be well built. The people who complained about the fitment obviously just used the Amazon fit check which almost never works, go to the official bull ring website and find the product and product number that will fit your vehicle, I have a 2012 Ford F-150 with the 6-1/2 ft. bed and this one and the other one for the offset rings fit perfect, you just need to do your research. The rings sit flush with the rail cap and the plastic is a perfect match so I highly recommend them, they are subtle but look great and fit the clean, stock look of my truck. Only reason for the 4 stars is that I have not yet tried to tie a load to them, when I do I will be sure to update this if it fails in some fashion, if I have not updated this review, you can trust that they have not failed at all.

Works. Could be a better fit tho
Fits good small gap on one side , but it still fits within the proper dimension on the other side, Iโll take it.
