The Expert Grill Mat is exactly what I've been looking for. It's perfect to catch the spilled grease and it doesn't soak through. When I grill I'm careful but when my husband or son do the grilling they are always making a mess. This mat came just in time. We have a grill on the deck with indoor/outdoor carpet and a grill on the patio. Don't ask me how, but 2 days after getting this mat my husband spilled grease while cleaning the grill on the carpeted deck. It made a major mess but luckily most of it landed on the mat. So this mat immediately saved me. The mat was easy to wash. It's garden hose and machine washable. I washed mine in the washer with hot water and line dried it. It came out great. Now I'm going to get another mat for the grill on the patio.

Just finished a composite deck and this keeps it clean and grease free from grilling.

No negative comments. Thus is nice. I should have purchased a larger one to extend well past my grill size. Good quality product, easy to clean.

Note don't talk about thickness. Is extremely thin and feels cheap and worth the price. I bought another Matt from Amazon much better quality and thickness. This has felt on top of it and imagine trying to clean the grease from BBQ off felt. Very disappointing misleading ads. Also note that takes months to get as made and delivered from China. Fells like worth less than 10 dollars.

Purchased this mat thinking it would be of good quality for the price and comparing to other similar items. I purchased two of them and they come to you folded tightly in their packaging leaving creases when you lay them down that will most likely stay there for some time. Additionally, they're lightweight and will most likely not do well if wind gets to them. I returned them ASAP and purchased another type of mat at higher quality for the same price.

Very thin and flimsy. Wind takes it. Has to be held down.

Expected more for the price. Set it on the deck and it blew away within minutes in a light wind. Comes folded up in squares so it's not pretty when you lay it down. Set it under the grill and now it won't blow away, but the corners fold up and over and the ugly wrinkles from the fold appear permanent. Will have to fasten the corners to the deck. Do not recommend this product.
