It’s an excellent silicone turner and gets used almost daily in my kitchen. I deducted a star because one of the corners broke off within a few weeks of purchase and hadn’t done anything more vigorous than egg and pancake flipping. It’s held up fine since then.

Finding a silicone spatula that is thin enough to get under a fried egg but strong enough to lift a portion of meat is rare. The stainless steel core provides a professional level of sturdiness, while the silicone outer is 100% non-scratch for my air fryer and pans. The old style Oxo silicon turner had an unfortunate design that caused a weak spot at the wrong end of the turner due to the end of the internal metal structure and continuation of the silicone. After extended use I found the silicone had split exposing the metal support and which caused damage to my nonstick pans.No fear! A quick email to Oxo customer service (who are excellent at resolving issues) explaining the fault resulted in their offer to send me this new updated design free of charge.I regularly buy Oxo kitchenware as the warranty is lifetime and easily claimed.Quality of the product is great; not too thick, but sturdy, doesn't retain smells and washes well. Good grip as it is made from silicone and is softer on cookware than stiff nylon.

Certainly won't damage pan surface, fine for stirring but edges very soft and not much use for turning over/flipping solid items.

The best one!I’ve explored SO many. This one is a single piece of silicone. It’s flexible, so you can get everything out of the pan. It’s balanced, not top-heavy like many. It’s of average length. It’s subtle. The size is good: you can lift a fried egg.The tip is soft (to catch all sauce and such) and the sides are tougher (to scrape more forcefully).Look no further.

My BF broke his beloved 20yrs+ spatula that was perfect pour eggs. I bought probably a dozen spatulas and this is THE ONE!! Finally a spatula that is hard, yet flexible à the end, making it easy to go under eggs and flip them! Was so impress that I bought a second one just in case the first one broke. Don't want a second meltdown from the hubby ;)
