HALF OFF PONDS PondBuilder Cascade 3300 Pond Free Waterfallfall Kit, with 10 ft by 25 ft EPDM Liner and 3,300 GPH Submersible Pump - PSP0

When I received this kit there were no instructions which was very irritating. When I called Half off Ponds they had trouble finding instructions/documentation for the kit that was sent to me. I was finally able to piece enough information to help guide me through the installation of this kit. The tech support people were helpful with regard to designing the basin area utilizing 3 large matrix blocks. The pump canyon that houses the pump is a little small so servicing the pump is not that easy. Overall it is a good kit despite the lack of documentation and undersized pump canyon.

Has held up for 2 seasons really well. We don't run it in the winter, so we just take out the pump in the winter and leave it submerged in a 5 gallon bucket in our basement until Spring. The kit was easy and had all the pieces we need. Measurements were accurate. Thanks!

The project is coming along well but instructions would have been nice. I had to go out on the web and find instructions on how to assemble the parts. Also, I seem to be missing a part. I just wrote the seller, we will see how that goes. Other than the items seem to be of good quality.

The pump is not good, mine died after two seasons. It started up the 3rd season but stopped after 2 days. It was 10 days out of warranty when I contacted seller. They did not honor the warranty.
