I just bought this for 7th time. Believe it or not it healed my frozen shoulder without taking any other medications, surgery etc. It took some time to recover, but still not as much as my other shoulder (that has the same problem a couple of years prior). The first time it happened I went trough all corticosteroid pills, 💉 and phizotherapy. When it happened second time I was so desperate. Then a colleague of mine told my about golden powder ( turmeric mixed with black pepper). So, I found this on Amazon and decided to try it. My only addition was coconut oil capsules along with it. I felt it started working somewhere after few weeks maybe, slowly the pain disappeared completely. I can't really remember how and when, because was not sudden change. I just realized one day that is gone completely. Since then I take one capsule twice a day, I skip the weekends even and I feel great 👍. I can't describe how grateful I am for not going trough months of pain, harmful medications, boring physiotherapy and slow recovery again, thanks to golden powder in a capsules 😍It's 1am at night and I'm writing this review, but I felt inspired to share my story and hopefully help someone (same way I got help with the advice from my coworker).

I have been taking this supplement everyday for several months and notice a difference in my bodies inflammation. I suffer from multiple inflammatory conditions that cause a great deal of pain. Although I can’t make medical claims I do believe this product helps relieve a small bit of my inflammation. My stomach which is sensitive tolerates it well.

Over a year ago I sought help from my PCP for my knee pain made going up stairs difficult. My doctor asked if I would be interested in trying a natural alternative treatment. I was and instead more medicine directed to trying Tumeric Ginger supplement. This is what I started. Wasn't an immediate notice of benefit but from one month my mobility to now was a God send. I have would recommend gladly.
