iiyama ProLite X4372UHSU 43 inch LED IPS Monitor - IPS Panel, 3840 x 2160 Resolution, 4ms Response, Speakers, HDMI, Black, X4372UHSU-B1

After a couple of years with poor reliability with so called smart TV's, I decided to go back to my original idea from 2003. That is to rely on a good monitor. This Ilyama is a 43" unit, and has proven totally reliable so far for almost 6 months. No problems, and no regrets. Virtually perfect viewing. I accept, it's not a cheap alternative, and does not include an optical audio output, which was included with the original monitor. A relatively small problem in reality, and I'm still happy with my purchase, so 5 stars for Ilyama

Looks like there is a button problem, with random events that are usually switched control. Otherwise the picture is excellent and the remote is handy for making settings. Just contemplating to return for a replacement. I have contacted iiyama for any technical advice. It is supposed to have wide angle viewing but the edges show a little darker.UPDATE. It was the TV remote interfering with the monitor's remote system. There is nothing wrong with this nice monitor. Have had ait quite a while now and like it. I have increased the star rating to 5.
