A misleading title.
This book provides recipes for 30-day meal planning but nothing on “Meal Prep”. The writer included 3 pages of 91 using the term “meal prep” but it is not used in the correct context. I was also surprised to find the page text so large. It is great for a person who has a difficult time seeing but if the book had been normal print text it would only be about 40 pages with all the photos. If your looking for a book on Diabetic meal prep this is not the book.

Not a good meal plan tool look!
Disappointing pages were all black and white. Very unappealing when it comes to food and inspiration in meal prep and/or planning.

Disappointing “book”
This “book” contains a few pages of information about different types of diabetes, 3 pages of platitudes about meal prep, a hard to read 30-day meal plan in tiny font, and a printed plea for Amazon reviews. The rest is all recipes. Don’t be fooled by the title and the glossy cover. You will learn NOTHING about meal prep from this book. Also, this book was clearly written by a non-native English speaker who would have benefited from a native English speaking editor. Example from back cover: “Careful consideration is also given to the language of the book, by making it a healthy abode and not a medical prescription booklet.” Huh?!

Poor proofreading
There are a lot of spelling and grammar errors in this book. I’ve only skimmed it, but it’s almost difficult to read. There are words missing from sentences as well; for example, a tomato and zucchini dish never mentions adding the tomatoes. Some of the recipes do look interesting though, so I’ll be keeping the book.

Stress less diabetic meals
Nice little book with easy recipes and suggestions for 30 days of meals. It takes the struggle out of knowing what to do to eat healthy on a diabetic diet.Great job thanks!

Why is this getting good reviews?
Poorly written, inadequate information, and too few recipes. The "meal prep" part is minimal, which is unfortunate considering "meal prep" is in the title. It's also written as if it were poorly translated from another language. That, along with the odd lack of real information about diabetes, calls into question the qualifications of the authors and the good faith of the publisher. I'll have a hard time trusting anything from this publisher again.

Nice introduction to diabetic dos and donts
A basic explanation of types of diabetes is helpful for new diabetics and their families. The recipes are great. Easy to get the concept of a diabetic diet. My husband is a newly found diabetic. I am his wife so I need to prepare meals that will be good for him healthy and tasty. I’ve only made a couple of the recipe so far, but everything seems to be wonderful. I look forward to getting to the back of the book!

Helpful Delicious Recipes
Just what I was looking for - diabetic recipes! The baked eggs are awesome! My husband said he felt like he was at a snazzy restaurant when he ate them. Plus, they were easy to make. I am very happy with my purchase and can't wait to try some more of them!

Not worth the money!!!
Black and white. Recipes go over 2 or 3 pages. Not motivating for someone who has just been diagnosed with diabetes type 2.

Shocking Quslity stealing people’s hard earned money
Absolutely shocking quality 2 books to help me with my diabetes and both are badly printed versions from a printing machine no coloured pics of food menus !! Just a grey sludgy photo all the way through .I will never buy from Amazon again never

Don't buy this book
At first I was disappointed when I looked at the book and saw the black and white picture, and it is not the best quality book. But if the recipes are good I could accept that. One of the first recipes I looked at was "Healthy Baked Eggs". This recipe makes 6 servings and the calories according to the book is 323 and the fat is 22.3 g. Not to give away the recipe but here are a few of the ingredients; 1 cup of half and half, 3 cups of medium fat shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of feta cheese and 8 large eggs,. I used two different on-line calorie calculators for this recipe and both showed much higher in calories and fat content. This book is not a healthy choice for me.

Ok recipes does not really help to prep at all.
I like the recipes, but I was disappointed with the PREP part. As a beginner, I would have appreciated one grocery list for all the recipes in the book. Having to read 30 days of meals (3 meals/day) prior to grocery shopping, is no help what so ever.

Quality and price
Was very disappointed in this product, it was cheap quality and it wasn’t what I had expected ,will not order from these guys again! Would like to get my money back
