The description stated for 28 months +. My daughter is 34months and the hat is quite a bit too big for her and the goggles are very wide on her face. That said the quality is great and we have worked around the issue and they do the intended purpose

These are probably the best swim goggles I’ve ever had....so comfy, no fogging and the attached ear plugs work well too. The swim hat was useless for me as it appears to be a child size....this didn’t really matter to me as it was the goggles I was most interested in.
