Well Crafted and Attractive!
So we started seeing droppings on our front porch underneath the recessed can light, and had our motion light trigger at dusk which meant only one thing, Bats! Could not have them living there in the Light Fixtures and causing us to track guano into the house through the front door every day, so the Bats had to go. Having dislocated the Bat family from their chosen home, the least anyone could do is provide alternative housing. Found this cool little Bat House on Amazon with good reviews, so we decided to get it. The Bat House arrived on time, was packaged very securely, and looks great hanging on the house. Installation was a breeze if you know how to work a Screw Driver and a Drill. Took a whole 5 minutes to complete the process. You can tell the couple who makes these does so with care and concern for these environmentally beneficial creatures, as they include a personal card with their picture and direct contact phone number. Time will tell whether the Bats feel the same way about their new home, but we could not be happier with this Bat House!

It works!!! I have bats after 1 1/2 years!!!
I live on a small farm and it had no bats for ten years. I finally put up this bat house in December 2023 to try to lure them. It’s now July 2025 - I have bats flying around at night - at least 4-5 of them. I’ve attached the house that we hung on a telephone pole and a video of our bats tonight. (Finally! We have bats!!!) The house is built nicely. It’s a great value for the price and most importantly - it works. I did nothing special except put up the bat house and wait. They are finally here and I am so happy with this product.

3+ years and our bat babies still love it!
We've had our Bat House up for 3+ years now and have had a family of bats living there within a few months. Most of the time we don't notice them, but occasionally you'll hear a little chorus of squeaks come out of the nest. This bat house has held up great that entire time, out in the Florida heat, rain, and even a couple hurricanes. We love watching them come out at dusk. Just today a little baby bat fell out and my son found it below. We picked it up with gloves and put it back up in the nest and the little guy was able to climb up on it's own due to the texture cut on the middle panel. It was so awesome to see. I highly recommend this bat house, get one today and put it up.

Needed adjustments before mounting.
The pros on the bat house are that it looks nice and is fairly well made. There were two cons, both of which had to do with the mounting bracket. The first was that the bracket was not aligned with the screw groove in the wood beneath it. That kept the included mounting screw from going through the bracket slot. The second issue is the screw groove itself. The head of the included mounting screw does not fit the screw groove in the wood of the back of the bat house. I'm thinking of using a smaller headed screw but this still may mean having to make the groove in the wood larger because of the misalignment. Not a big issue but not something I thought I would have to do.

Outstanding Craftsmanship!
We had considered making our own bat box; however, an easy peruse in Amazon we found the Ultimate Wooden Bat Box for a fraction of what we would have spent making our own. Not only a value in savings, the quality of the box is outstanding and beautiful (especially compared to our abilities). It took 5 minutes to install and looks handsome against our wooden shed. We have a large pond on our property and look forward to the local bats finding a comfy home in our new bat box. I highly recommend the purchase!

I cannot believe how well this works
I’ve had bats in this house for 30+ years, but the problem got a lot worse in recent years. After spotting 3 bats in one of my crawl spaces in March, I mounted two of these boxes (based on the wonderfully specific instructions for where to mount them). I have not seen nor heard a single bat in the house since, and I even have a camera in there that I check daily. I really did not expect these boxes to work so well, and definitely not so immediately. But bats don’t want to live in your house. They don’t like the smells, the sounds, or anything else. These boxes are their version of a mansion in a gated community. I was quoted $4k by a pest control company, so these boxes were worth every penny and more. I know they aren’t a replacement for home repairs, but regardless, I’m so happy I found this product. And in case anyone is curious, I mounted one below my attic vent, which is one of the places I believe bats are coming in. I mounted the other at the high point on the front of my garage, since it gets a lot of direct sunlight, and because I often see bats fly around in that area.
