Absolutely amazing! Not only did my nails grow super fast, but my skin is looking so amazing. I am 78 years old, and my skin looks better in the past month since I am taking these vitamins. I can definitely see a big difference, getting compliments a lot lately. Not using anything else different. As for the hair, normally thick, but lately noticed some extra fall out.
