Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

“Real” balsamic is nothing like most balsamic vinegar in the US. This is the real deal and almost as good as the balsamic I bring home from Italy. The vinegar here has a tad added for flavor. IT IS NOT THE SAME.It’s a thick, aged, slightly sweet and well balanced syrup. I even bought another before it gets tariffed.Add it to salad dressing or marinades. Drizzle on top of your heart’s desire.I love a baby greens/goat cheese/ walnut salad with raspberry dressing and and a drizzle of this on top.PERFECTO!

We have purchased a two-pack of the Colavita Balsamic vinegar on several occasions and as a gift. It was a large quantity of vinegar 34 fl. oz. for a very good price. The vinegar itself was some of the best I have ever had. Both of my children (19 and 9) are obsessed with Balsamic. My son has received a bottle in his stocking for about 17 years. Now my daughter is also addicted to it. So we are kind of experts...I am also a nutritionist with a lot of experience evaluating flavor. The balsamic we purchased was sweet with the acidity hitting later. It was thicker than regular balsamic vinegar but not like a glaze. It was excellent quality. We have tried to re-order the same 2-pack a few times in the last year and the item has changed. Bring back the old two-pack of Colavita please!

A good product at a more than fair price. Realistically, it's not a 5-star balsamic so I have to stand at 4.

Good flavor

I bought this as a Christmas gift to go along with a bottle of olive oil. I ended up keeping it my for myself. It’s so good. The taste is just perfect in ones as well with the olive oil.

I bought this by accident thought it was olive oil. Never liked balsamic but I started using it when I make steak with a butter reduction and im hooked.

A little more Tangy that Kirkland but a little sweeter too all in all pretty nice balsamic vinegar
