Fits nicely over trousers or Jeans. Is durable and waterproof of course and has side pocket openings for easy access to trouser pockets. Waistband is nice and firm so grips well. Adds a lot of extra warmth so good for colder days. Rolls up easily to fit in rucksack. Recommended,

I bought these Regatta Mens Pack It Outdoor Waterproof Over Trousers for a trip to Disneyland Paris and they were invaluable. They are so light and small to pack, and they fit easily over my jeans. They are not very breathable, but they do the job for emergency showers. They kept me dry and comfortable all day. Size-wise, I’m a 32 waist and medium was about right. They have an elasticated waistband and two side pockets. I would recommend these over trousers to anyone who needs a simple and effective solution for wet weather.

First of all, comes with a small strap-up bag that makes for a comfortable and compact carry when not in use. It is also very light and you can pull these up over your trousers quickly to protect from the rain. I used these on hikes and worked wonders in the rain.Do note that there are openings that roughly align to where a trousers' pockets would be which may be an avenue for the rain to get into but in my experience was not too troublesome.
