The price fluctuates, but I've found it usually is very competitively priced (often much lower in price). While this is often used in holiday baking goods, like cookies, it can be an interesting addition to soups or spice rubs. I've added it to tomato bisque, and it was a wonderful twist to the flavor profile. 16 ounces goes a long way with this spice, too. Very high recommendation for this nutmeg.
