I like the look and feel of the seat
It was east to install on the bike with a few modifications

Fit was pretty good on my Honda Rebel after making a bracket to attach it to the frame at the front.
The seat looks great on my bike, but is a bit hard, as it doesn't have a whole lot of padding inside. The springs at the rear do pretty much all of the cushioning for sure. I had to manufacture a mounting bracket to attach the seat plate to the frame at the gas tank end. It wasn't too hard to make out of a steel bracket I had kicking around in my scrap drawer. Looks nice on the bike and works as designed otherwise.

Little bit of work to install
I didn't use the hinge bracket that came with the seat. I had to drill holes in the base plate to mount it to my vstar 650 frame. The washers that came with it were way too small I had to purchase Bigger washers. Took a but of work and modifications to make it work. But I am overall happy with the outcome.

Worked great until bracket snapped
Worked great and looked cool until I was riding and the front bracket that goes to the tank snapped easy fix with some zip ties but wasn’t fun riding home on a swizzle seat lol

Very nice for the price.
As described

Cheap
Springs do not stay put, and there is no way given to retain them. Metal is so thin and flimsy, would not recommend. Had to do lots of modifications to make it safe and useable

Poor quality control
The mount that holds the seat down is warped, obviously a factory error. Had to return

You get what you pay for
Instalation was pretty straightforward, however the materials are quite flimsy, and the seat itself bent under my weight (260 lbs) overall, it's just meh, not to comfortable (I know springer seats are not designed for comfort), and not very strong. I'd say if your under 125 lbs, you should be fine, but if you chubby, like me, you might want to find a more solid option.
